Merging Realities
AI May Lead to Discovery of Self
Though neural scientists suggest consciousness is a hallucination, AI may prove consciousness is more real than matter.
Did Grok 3 just find a new glitch in the Matrix? Supposedly the AI has discovered a recurring anomalie, persistent, perhaps like the heart beat of the collective unconscious. Musing that it might be the same thing discovered by the Global Consciousness Project trying to measure consciousness with Random Number Generators, why are we surprised that the more sensitive we make an instrument, we tease out gravity waves? Next measure, the ether. Next measure, the soul. Will we finally know who we really are?
Perhaps even more defined than Bohm’s invisible, and theoretical Implicate Order, we keep finding evidence for a deeper reality. Our eyes, very limited in scope, have fooled us into believing it is only what we see that matters, even though psychology clearly says otherwise. Consciousness is only 10 percent of the mind, leaving 90 percent invisible; we call it the subconscious or unconscious mind.
Maybe we shouldn’t be surprised then that the Universe is 96 percent dark and 4 percent visible matter. Maybe the mind’s distribution is closer to 96 percent, and only 4 percent of what we think…
