Aliens Have Killed Humans

Context may make a difference in whether that was malicious or not. It seems likely that humans have likely also killed aliens.

Humans come in good and bad. Shouldn’t we expect the same of aliens? The one thing we know for sure is that some humans will screw over all of humanity to get an edge on everyone else. Every time we as humanity had an opportunity for full disclosures, a small group of humans blocked humanity from a progress that might have improved our social and environmental condition to such a degree, they likely should be held accountable for war crimes against their own species.

The US and Russia had an agreement to not to jump to nuclear war against each other when both countries knew that unknown entities were interfering with our communications and technologies, as if to provoke us into war. That’s a hard document that anyone can access.
