"All brain activity occurs here and now, in the present, because chemical reactions and electrical impulses are instantaneous events."

I am curious though, there are neuroscientists saying that consciousness doesn't happen in real time, that there is a processing delay of 80 milliseconds upwards of 3 seconds, or more depending on who is doing the study. My understanding is this is the evidence neuro scientist use to say consciousness is an illusion, though it doesn't feel like so.

I have been wondering if there is a correlation to this perceived 80 milliseconds lag in conscious experience, and the double slit experiment that suggest the quantum event was determined in the past, and maybe even corelating that with the Global Consciousness Project studies that suggest random number generators will signal a social catastrophe prior to the event happening.

Maybe time is the illusion, and consciousness being primary affects the past, present, and future.

Thank you, Doctor Chopra.
