Oppression
Drones flying in China, instructing people to suppress their soul’s yearning for freedom. You would think this would be blowing up televisions in America. After all, America is the land of the free, home of the brave. We’re all over the Ukrainian's freedom? Why aren’t we pushing to liberate the Chinese from tyranny? The people of China have had enough. The government is not only arresting people, they are killing pets because pets can transmit COVID. So, all that time we were wearing masks- it was for naught because we all went home to our mask-less pets?!
Probably the reason you won’t hear any sympathy for the rights of Chinese people to be free is American wants to be like China. We know our Neighbor, Canada, under Trudeau, loves China. Trudeau said he wants to be just like them. That was made abundantly clear when he declared martial law, stole money from the people, and ran the Calvary over elderly and disable to make a point. The only thing he didn’t do was euthanize pets. There is evidence he threatened, but likely didn’t because that would have started a real riot.
Matt Damon said it best: “Liberty is the soul’s right to breathe and, when it cannot take a long breath, laws are girdled too tight.” No, wait, that was Henry Ward Beecher.
