Disclosing Aliens, Disclosing Technology

At this point in the game, there is no way for the US Government to admit an alien presence without also revealing the level of technology we’re seeing.

If you want to skip right to the point, using anecdotes and metaphors, the primary reason for delays in disclosure has nothing to do with a select group of folks exploiting knowledge and tech for their own benefit. That isn’t to say that it isn’t happening, but it isn’t as malicious as many spin it. To be in an elite, top pier group, like the US Special Forces for example, you have to demonstrate strengths in multiple domains. Ethics is one of them. People need to know your competence, you have everyone else’s best interest, the group’s best interest. The number one reason for delay in disclosure is the average maturity level of humans is 7th grade. Are we at risk of being forced to level up?

The human stage is full of drama. Consider it fun and entertaining because that’s all it is. Mind you, I am not saying there isn’t real pain, real death, real suffering.
