Don’t Chase Happy
Being well isn’t the absent of symptoms, but the attitude that gives you strength to make it through the day, be it rain, shine, or snow.
LAST NIGHT (26/9/24) was one of those nights where, for inexplicable reasons, I woke mid way and couldn’t return to sleep. I have found, when you resist that late night demand of soul, you return to sleep faster if you don’t wrestle. I got up, went outside and looked at the stars. I talked to the trees and street light and said ‘hello lampost, whach ya knowin?’ No I didn’t do that. Well, I did speak to the trees. What else would one do at that time of the morning? I returned to bed. I lay there. I listened to a Podcast, Library of the Untold, hosted by Joseph Phipps, Esoteric side of Paranormal: Live Chat w/ Geraldine Orozco, slightly in trance, and unlocking things in body and mind.
