UFOs and Aliens
There are so many ways to be invisible, I don’t understand why scientist aren’t more interested in understand UFO/UAPs. There is a limited range to the human eye, for starters. There are tech ways to be invisible, like cloaks. There is natural camouflage, with the octopus likely giving us evidence of what’s possible when an organism has neurons spread through its whole body. There is also the psychological way, hypnotizing people not to see.
People say seeing is believing. People say I will see it when I believe it. People say if you can’t see it or measure it, it’s not real. I don’t think any of those are completely true. Occam’s razor is helpful, but not in all instances. What if belief was necessary for sight? The monkey game, see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil- is that just a version of the peek-a-boo game? Cover my eyes, you’re gone?!
Human sight
Human sight is limited. We don’t see everything. Camouflage is a part of nature. More than that, it denotes an evolutionary process that favors invisibility. When you combine camouflage and eye limitations, hiding in plain sight is very plausible. Nature purposely evolves prey to exploit vulnerabilities.
