Star Trek and Christmas go together for me like peanut butter and chocolate. It probably something to do with all the lights on the console and the festive uniform colors. And the Trek ornaments. One might say, Roddenberry was an atheist and Trek didn’t celebrate Christmas. I would suggest reviewing original episode Dagger of the Mind, in which Doctor Helen Noel plants a romantic memory in Kirk’s mind during a Christmas party.
