Yeah, you can't violate the speed of light, but you can warp space time, cause 'spacetime' can do what ever it wants without violating the rule set inside space-time. Universe expanded faster than the speed of light in the beginning. Distant galaxies are going away from us faster than the speed of light. Nothing violated. Einstein is safe.
