Immortality
Humans might be able to extend life to 200 years old or better, with the person experiencing the average health of a 30 year old. Could the world be blowing up because of this? Can we handle living longer? Would that necessarily change reproductive demands? Would that affect employment and retirement and everything about our lives? When does adult become and adult? Per the Kabala, you have to be 40 years old to be eligible to study real magic.
In many ways, I think it would help people and society to live 200 years. If we live long enough to face the consequences of your actions, we might treat each other and the planet better. Don’t dump mercury into the ocean, as you may need the ocean for farms! Who ever though led paint and led pipes in the last 200 years was a good thing?
Speaking of farms, we talk about land farming, should we be looking at ways to improve ocean farming? Like farming plankton? Who was that guy that said give me oil tanker full of iron shaving I will give you the ice age?
