I admit, I have not always been kind, and have called a few people nuts... There is definitely some frightening aspects to the phenomenon. Sorting that from a Jungian framework has diminished some of it for me, and I am fairly good at compartmentalizing and or working with it in abstract way. I know some folks that can't do that. Regardless of the explanation, the more 'concrete' their thinking, the more they suffer examining it, and the less likely we can deviate from their perception of it. I lean towards it being mostly good, but I can't deny the bad.
I think the more we discuss the entirety of it, the better understanding we will have, but that may mean not everyone can participate. Maybe I am one of them. I have a tendency to be conflict avoidant, and if I perceive a person to be too aggressive in their position, I won't share with them twice.
I heard Tucker say that. I heard Tucker and Jones are holding similar ideas. I would like to talk to them.
