I am grateful for your response here. I am not sure you and I can help each other. There are too many inconsistencies in your approach for us to hold a genuine conversation. For starters, if you are unable or unwilling to listen to a PhD in multiple domains including physics because you are not satisfied with their presentation, then I assure you, I have nothing else to offer you. DOCTORS Gary Nolan and Travis Taylor have done experiments on hard evidence. They are not quacks. They have created so much wealth doing science that they have all the free time in the world to pursue UFOs. But if you’re unwilling to consider the data, or the person delivering the data, there’s no helping you.
I mean, seriously, how can you and I expound and come to a position together if you won’t even look at the data that I am telling you is relevant. You asked the question, how could anyone believe this… My response answers that question. So, I would ask you- why wouldn’t a person consider all the evidence prior to making a decision on the matter? And if you don't discuss the evidence, why waste my time asking a question you know the answer to, which you answered by saying you don't want to waste your time in fantasies.
So, you heard my position, you dismissed me and my sources as being too fantastical, why are you still wasting YOUR time?
Human interaction isn't sufficient enough of endeavor not be a time waster?
Again, watch the David Fravor Lex Fridman video, not the 'video on the tictac.' Testimony is evidential. Forget about the video. How do you perceive David Fravor? Top gun pilot who had his eyes on the TICTAC, with three other sets of eyes at multiple altitudes, with their two respective aircraft pinging in on radar, simultaneously with every ship in the Nimitz carrier group, and other aircraft in the air! Object went from 80k feet to sea level in seconds! It wasn’t a radar artifact, they had human eyes on it. Listen to the story and tell me what man-made aircraft can maneuver as witnessed by humans and recorded on multiple radar systems?
Religions are based on testimony. Unless you are telling me you have experienced miracles, then your faith is based on belief. There is more evidence for aliens than there is for Christianity or Islam. Christianity and Islam is based on the Torah being accurate, and since Gilgamesh was written thousands of years before the Noah story, it means the Sumerians had a Noah story (Gilgamesh) before there was a Torah. That’s evidence enough to suggest Christianity and Islam got some things wrong, but I am not blasting your faith or Christianity. That’s just an academic fact. Why are you Islamic?
In a court of law, people have gone to jail and died by testimony. And quite frankly, if you can argue for Jinn being potentially real, but you can't go one step further and allow 'aliens' or non-human entities to be real, then you are not practicing a philosophy that maintains the highest level of consistency.
I know you told me you don't like fantasies, but imagine star trek level technology, only four hundred years advances from the show. That would look like magic. UFO technology appears to be thousands of years ahead, and there isn’t going to be the kinds of evidence you want until they want us to have it. Until then, this will persist like magic or spiritual in nature. Except, there is overwhelming evidence that the US government has the hard evidence that you would like to examine. We all would.
I am not trying to convince you. You go do you. Be happy. You could have ignored me. Blocked me. But you chose to engage me. Huge bonus points for that. And in that engagement you chose to dismiss my sources, dismiss what I am saying, because you BELIEVE your position to be a more correct one. How scientific is it to dismiss a person before you hear them?
I do recommend you traveling a little lighter kinder on your feet, because belief or not, the arrogance of you dismissing people to such a degree that you would not even give the time a day to someone who has earned their degrees and have served humanity in significant ways is the same kind of arrogance the church had when it locked Galileo on house arrest and burned Giordano Bruno at the state. If you don’t know Bruno, you don’t know enough history. He was a monk capable of mystic arts, kind of like Persian Sufis, very similar to the government program of psychic spying called ‘remote viewing” or Stargate. That program ran for 20 years, not on a whim, but because it worked. David Fravor, 20 years of being a Top Gun with weapons on the rail, and so you would hope people who can fire nukes are sane. Just saying, after listening to four hours of him telling his story, and you still find fault in him, well, that will tell me how good a judge of character you are.
If you don’t like this subject, perhaps you would prefer to discuss the merits of Persian poets, like Rumi and Hafez. Very progressive and spiritual at the same time. I am familiar with them, too. I have a Koran, if you would like to discuss that, but seriously, I am not as familiar with that to hold a position on it. I do like the story of Moses negotiating with God to get the prayers down to five a day instead of fifty.
May you and your family/friends be well, Muhammad. Even though we’re only obligated to five times a day, may God still bless us fifty or more. :)
