I keep forgetting that. And it's not just our cells, but we are the host to flora and fauna that live in harmony with us, so many you might wonder where human begins and ends. I suspect conscious separates and goes it's way. I had that a lot as a child, and some in my teens, and fewer in my twenties, and then there seemed to be a stop. I can't tell you the last solid OBE i had. I do remember sitting in a biofeedback chair, in a clinic, doing the practice. I was stuck on a plateau for a week, and then the chair fell out from under me. I felt as if I were falling through the earth and I grabbed the chair arms and the therapist came rushing in because I spiked all the sensors. I had descended past the plateau, at least in numbers, better stats than I ever had, and that falling sense scared me so much I never got back to the plateau numbers. I stopped going.
