You remember the holodeck produced a simulated matter that evaporated if it left the 'field' that maintained it. Could an advanced ship be made of light that evaporated when they turn the device off?
The light theory is plausible... If we remain fixated on only events from 2004 forwards. If Foo Fighters seen by pilots in World War II are the same phenomena, how do we apply this theory? We had holographic projectors in space before Sputnik?
Did you see this science related news below? Scientist created matter out of energy and aren't talking about it? Isn't there also the probability that we just don't know, but that there could be intelligences more capable because we're still in elementary school?
