I would likely argue we're more able to tolerate the sun than we are told, and all of our vitamin D could be attained naturally through sun. Maybe we destroyed the ozone that badly? Anyway, I have heard a couple doctors saying most things would go away, even sunburns, if we had proper exposures... I don't know.

As for the Nordics, well, if humans didn't originate on earth, that could explain why we look like them! If the grays are planet seeders, then they would take the most compatible life forms, and humans are fairly adaptable.

That redit thread sounds interesting, though. And if you have read Michael Newton's book, Journey of Souls, that idea of beings creating life to fit the planet is actually a theme in that book. Souls created life to have 'vehicles' to inhabit on the planet.
