If I remember correctly, I am an INFJ. I was trained in this instrument. I loathe it. It seems to me, every time I take these sorts of personality metrics I get a different outcome depending on my mood.

There are some agencies who screen people out using metrics, no longer interviewing people. I have been turned down jobs by metrics that would hire me had they interviewed me. My work history is a testimony to work ethic.

I suppose it's interesting, but these metrics are nothing more than scientists playing astrology. Good think I am okay with astrology! Haha. :)
