In other words, don't do anything that annoys the crew or interrupts their gossiping.. If us corporations treated clients, human beings, the way Asian companies do- there would be no bad reports. Flight attendants on Japan Airlines outshine and outperform any US airline. True, it is a cultural thing to show respect in Asia cultures, but one might almost imagine that a service industry might show deference, or human compassion, to those they desire to serve. Most people don't fly as often as crew do. You have to do a thing repeatedly before you learn the social conventions.
