Interesting compilation. I wonder though, is it that time travel stories are new, or there is now a just a medium, like youtube, for putting it out there. Humans do like to spin fiction and they like to be convincingly good at it.

and most the time, they're retelling something that they heard and revamped it for today's audience.

Anne Moberly and Eleanor Jourdain, 1901 report having time traveled by accident. Carl Jung reported one incident himself, a strange connection to someone in the past, a castle, a blue light, a tile pattern that was seen but no longer present... Wouldn't it be interesting if time was much more malleable than we imagine?
