Jung’s Archetypal UFO/Aliens
UFOs are real. That was so even before the 2017 admission by the US Government. It is likely difficult for anyone that didn’t live through the 50s and 60s to realize how real UFO were for those folks. There were so many sightings, so many reports of human interacting with Non-Human Intelligence, NHI, that even that the most renown psychiatrist in the world, Carl Jung, offered an explanation for what people were experiencing. There is an aspect of the phenomena that suggest Jung was on to something. Something fundemental and crucial, and the study of it may necessarily change humanity. Warning, exploring this could be the spoiler that takes the magic out of life.
Or put the magic of mystery in it? In some ways, it feels like the spoiler to a movie. If life were a movie, and we were just actors with temporary amnesia to increase the emotional veracity of our performance, then discussing this could ruin the show. If it’s more like a game, then the emotional roller coaster might still feel all so real, even though you know it’s just an illusion.
I am always mystified that jumping from a great height in Minecraft results in my stomach falling, too.
