I am struggling to remember the book this morning, but I will come back at you with it, written by Terrence McKenna if I am recalling correctly- he wrote a treatise on Moby Dick being the greatest esoteric novel ever- and breaking the white wall- is essentially breaking through the veil... and the death of the captain and the kid and the narrator are one in the same, and only that transformative... I might as well have taken shrooms with Terrence, cause I can't come at that book the same again.
