Measuring Success in Your Lucid Dreaming Practice

I practice lucid dreaming. I have great dreams all my life, but the concept and legitimate practice of LD-skillsets started in the 90s. I have experienced lucidity in dreams. It took an almost fanatical, obsessive practice to initiate lucidity on demand. That effort and intensity was unsustainable. I fell away from the practice, and I am now trying to find a more balanced approach. You don’t have to be lucid every night, you just need to set the intent, practice your checks- and recall your dreams.
