Why does the government keep throwing UFOS at us, then taking them away?

In 1947 a UFO crashed in Roswell and was recovered by the US air force, or so said an air force representative. They later retracted the statement. More recently, UFOs swarming a US navy ship was deemed UFOs, but later, in a congressional hearing, they were reduced to just drones. There has been a cat and mouse game with UFOs since the beginning. A couple of days ago, the DOD’s new seal had a UFO on it. It went viral, they pulled it. What games is this?

Here’s the deal. Everyone in the UFO community knows UFOs are real and it’s aliens. There is a long line of government insiders who have said as much, with the most recent being Christopher Melon. As of 2017, the world has been informed UFOs are real, per the US government! The US DOD has clearly said, not ours, not the Russians, or China’s either.

That narrows down the possibilities. Either it’s non-human intelligence from another planet, or from another dimension, or terrestrial residents that have manage to hide their presence from most of the people of the world.
