On Finding Your Audience

There are lots of ways to write. Sometimes your writing is necessarily audience dependent. That is probably obvious, as if you are writing about molecular biology, you’re probably not going to appeal to a general audience. I have a multiplicity of interests ranging from mental health to UFOs. I am qualified to expound upon mental health, by virtue of training and occupation. There are more people reading my UFO essays than mental health essays. Knowing this, what would you write about?

Still, I tend to jump subjects. There are some essays on spirituality. There are some on just life. Here’s one about writing. I am not the writing guru that will instruct you on how to make life’s greatest works. I am the spiritual counselor that suggests a path that works.

Be you. Be genuine. Build your body of work, whether it be great or small, and allow the universe to respond.

You are loved.
