The RV Life

Renovating Campers, Minimizing Possessions

In my RV, Camper research, I have found so many more wondrous stories and YouTube videos than I can simply review. Some make me want to commit to the life now; some make weary, and I hang my head in shame. Shall we discuss this thing called life? Like, one of the appeals for me is never having another foundation leak. Two, in one month, this year … Of course, campers have their problems, too. RV with Robin Williams is as scary as Money Pit with Tom Hanks. Could most people convert to the minimalist lifestyle and flexibility the camping life allows? Could we actually make campers and RVs more durable, to hold up to the rigors of daily living? Would it help the planet if we all did this?

Racoons in the dumbwaiter… Funniest thing ever. Bears at a campsite, a little less funny.

“It wasn’t me.”

Many people don’t know this about me. I rarely discuss it. I am a licensed aircraft mechanic. I went to school and passed the tests and everything. My friend Steve is not. He can fix anything! I hate fixing and making things. My work usually ends up in death or greater costs when the experts try to undo what I did, as evidenced here:
