So, if the response given on June 25 is a 'limited, modified hangout,' does that mean there is an agency running on black ops funding that is above the law, or, maybe even scarier, the people in the know can't speak because someone else, maybe aliens, is pulling their strings. As you noted, many people reading this know this runs deep. I imagine more people suspect there is something, and some of those denying are wanting to avoid ridicule.
