Spirit Life
So, You Want to Be a Spirit Guide
Who do you favor, Obi Wan or Glenda, the good witch? Who inspires you to shine the brightest?
Would you like to have a job helping folks, knowing they would rarely be able to hear you? Well, being a spirit guide might be in your future. If you have ever felt like you’re invisible in this life, where you share things and no one listens to your advice, you might be on a career path towards being a spirit guide! It’s a tough job. Long hours. You work with multiple teams, and you may have more than one student in your care. Tortuous moments watching your students grieve and lament, with the only response available to whisper love and good will into their dreams, or maybe send innocuous, subtle messages that are likely to be dismissed, like a truck full of signs!
Every life on earth prepares you for the next soul level or the next life. One of the concepts in the spiritist doctrine is that we come here to learn. If you need to learn patience, you will be born into a fast society. If you need to learn the value of respecting others, you will be born into a family of thieves. We start by following our families, become impatient thieves, and then try to unlearn what we have learned.
