For the most part, humans consider themselves as to falling into one of two camps, introverted and extroverted. In that, it is not unreasonable to speculate that some forms of therapy are more efficacious for one group over the other. It’s likely better to suspect we fall on a continuum from introverted and extroverted, and our approaches shouldn’t be limited to any one formula. There is something to be said for creating your own path. Maybe you don’t want to recreate the wheel, but sometimes you just got to be you. Here are some ideas to explore.

One of the healing ideas I will give is very specific, but flexible enough you can tailor it to your needs. The other is less of an approach and more of a philosophy. Philosophies affect us as much as any practice.

Whether you are introverted or extroverted, there are patterns to be observed. These patterns are best seen when interacting with others. Some patterns are so deeply rooted that it can be extremely challenging to realize.
