Thank you for this. I have heard 'debunked,' but I so love the Abydos image! It seems so sharp and clear... and that thing that looks like a boat- Yeah, probably not a boat... My brain can't un-see it. Though you're right, this has been officially 'debunked,' I suspect if searched harder, I would find all of the images I shared have some form of explanation more plausible than a theory of alien? Further, these have been discussed on both sides of the fence by more esteemed peers- but what I find most interesting in the correspondence between images in conjunction with the video of a person who has witnessed, and so when Lee discusses his experience- prefacing it with these images... it seems like idea that needs to be discuss has more intellectual weight.

You have a great point, the integrity and degree of validity of a potential artifact absolutely shapes this conversation. Should one perceived low validity artifact result in cessation of conversation? It has. I hope it doesn't.
