The questions interest me- mostly because so many of the books I have read on UFOs suggests things like humans are a colony, or the product of aliens creating us through genetic manipulation... My brain is rolling with questions like has he read the same books and or is there evidence that NASA and the government has, like cities on the moon that out date us...

Bill seems likeable. He sounds very candid, genuine. You mention he has been around for a moment, and so he is the epitome of the old-school that I trusted, like my grandfathers... Those men were just- I don't know, solid, like john wayne straight forward... you knew where you were with them.

Has he addressed any of the conspiracy about NASA and cover ups? Has he suspected there was more going on? Was he in a position to see stuff or hear rumors of stuff? Do we need amnesty for those in the know to make knowledge available to us all? Or, were the conspiracies just that- people see things and assume that people in positions to know, like NASA, would necessarily know- but they're like us.... We don't have a clue?

The latter seems likely if he has an open invitation to scientist to figure this out... This feels hopeful.
