There is No Death

When it comes to the study of Near Death Experiences and reincarnation, there is actually quite a bit of data available. There have been a few who have tried to bring data sets together for compendiums, but often data gets dropped. PMH Atwater's’ the Big Book of NDE’s strikes me as being the first attempt to compile the modern research. It left out the historical data, going back beyond even the Tibetan and Egyptian book of the dead. It left out the anthropological treaty that suggest when you ask tribes about their spiritual beliefs, more often than not they would point to someone who died and came back telling them what they experienced.

The variance in stories across times and culture bother some, but it’s the continuity that has the subject recommending itself. Who isn’t curious about death? Even if a person believes they just turn off like a spent light bulb, you might be curious about the flickering process before the bulb goes permanently out and the remains are tossed into the recycle bin of life.
