Sustainable Living
Humans have the technology now to change the world into a better place. Sustainable green homes are possible. I am not saying get rid of gas, or drive up the prices. We should continue to use while transitioning. And Quite frankly, it will likely take 10 to 20 years to turn the fleet over to electric vehicles, nd maybe in 10 batteries will have improved significantly. But I am saying, off grid homes are possible, like Tesla all powered home, or tiny home, with solar, and without running water.
I think most people agree we have too much stuff. I am not even calling for less stuff, but when you consider the attic or garage that is filled with stuff that will never touched again, or how many storage units people spend money on to store things they haven’t touched in years, and likely never will again, well- we could afford to get rid of stuff.
It’s hard to get rid of stuff, too! So, I have flat screen TV. It’s old. It doesn’t have USB ports, or smart options. It’s still functioning, it’s good. I would like someone to have it. I would even give it away! I don’t want to throw it away. I hate throwing things away. Like the old printer. What do you do with old printers? Is there enough gold in them circuits to warrant someone should be recycling printers?
