There have been few resources to truly help the Experiencers, but if the projected number of people having encounters are in the in tens of millions- that might be another reason the state wants to keep this subject secret.

Les Velez, former MUFON Assistant State Director in Northern California, Chairman of the A.E.R.C. (Abduction Experiencer Research Committee), and team leader of the A.R.T. (Abduction Response Team), suggested the number of people who are experiencers might be more closer to being ‘all of us,’ and most people just don’t remember!
