UFO Hearing for Funding Not Fun

Clearly Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick doesn’t want his office funded, or he would have had a greater teaser.

If you were expecting something exciting from a budget meeting, it was not to be found in the latest UFO hearing. This is more of the same nothing burger as last time, and clearly a repeat performance of what happened in the 60s when Congress and the US population were cut out of the loop on UFOs. Never mind it’s our skies and the citizens are the ones being abducted. Clearly, the policy is we don’t get to know what’s going on.

UFO Sightings Increase

Again, granted, this was about funding. But it begs the question, does Congress and the military really want to be funded? The Preseident already tried to route money away from ARRO, despite Congress creating the office. Kirkpatrick’s most popular quote was essentially, “It’s someone else's problem.” He just wants it all to go away.

Kirkpatrick completely downplayed any ‘anomalous’ entities and went for the typical ‘it’s the Russia and China’ with tech that is better than what the US has. He essentially emphasized they are ahead of us because we’re not paying attention to science and that they are willing to take more risks than we are. While we play social games, Russia and China are advancing in space domains.
