UFO/Paranormal Research and Support Above Reproach
When it comes to phenomenon, there is more going on than just UFO sightings. Is humanity ready to be transparent about their own experiences?
MUFON’s mission statement since 1969 has and still promotes the highest idealized outcome: “The Study of UFOs for the Benefit of Humanity.” Holding this idea means there will be natural limitations to proprietary information. The person reporting a UFO remains the owner of photos and artifacts. It’s their story, because it was their experience. The field investigator will get grief or praise depending on the quality of their work, but that information does not belong to him, it belongs to MUFON and the experiencer. MUFON, in turn, organizes the data inviting the world to analyze it. Any information collected but not recorded in a database where it can be quantitatively and qualitatively studied is a theft from humanity. With this paradigm in mind, who is doing a better job preparing humanity for the reality that we are not alone, governments or MUFON?
For any advancement in academia and science to occur, people must be allowed to pursue their interests, regardless of whether or not the gatekeepers of those agencies find the material credible. Any work by a student…
