In the Beginning

Was life on Earth Seeded by Aliens

Almost all cultures, whether it faith based or science based, have a creation story. Interestingly, not all. Buddhism doesn’t address it, likely because it’s just not relevant to the process of staying present and being kind. My Christian faith gave me one story. My science faith gave me another. Those two are not necessarily in conflict, though many want it to be. I am still stuck in an infinite redress- if the universe came from the Big Bang, where did that come from. If God created it, who created God. If aliens seeded life on earth, who created the aliens?

This essay is in no way an answer to all of this. If it doesn’t frighten you to explore it with me, let’s start with Richard Martini…

I start with Martini, probably because you will need a Martini to get through this! But more, because in his book Hacking the Afterlife, one of the person regressed in Michael Newton’s method of Past Life Regression (PLR from here out) technique had a conversation with an entity that claimed to be the Earth. It wasn’t like an ominous, scary voice, “In the beginning, there was I…” kind of voice. It suggested all stellar bodies have souls. Essentially, the entity speaking for or as the Earth suggested, ‘at a certain point in my evolution, when the conditions were right to support life, a call went out.’ That call was answered by many.

From Martini, we will jump to Linda Moulton Howe, and her book, Glimpses of Other Realities: High Strangeness, volume II. In this, one of her military contacts stated that life on earth is an experiment with at least three alien species with conflicting interests. For whatever reasons, I find the explanation in that scary. Howe’s book is kind of scary!

If you’re invested in the UFO lore more than half a cent, it doesn’t take long to find people suggesting that humans are the by product of genetic manipulations of aliens, or that aliens interbred with humans, or both, or what Howe included- all of earth life was the byproduct of alien interaction. It is interesting to note, per this source, aliens have been here since the dinosaurs and they could have prevented asteroid strike that took them out.

Soul involvement, alien involvement, or both

Panspermia is a nice little scientific theory that puts life out there resulting in the seeding of the Earth naturally. I am not sure why this is refuted by science in…
