We heal ourselves. All other agents are facilitators. Or detractors, distractors. There are neutrals. Interestingly, even in that, it is how we relate to those that make then facilitators, detractors, or neutrals. Maybe a detractor challenges me, and I get better out of spite! Maybe a facilitaor loves me to death, or hobbles me to maintain their role as facilitator. (Misery, Stephen King.)

What to do with neutrals... I don't know, what would you like to do with them? Mirror, reflection, Rogerian...

And from a hypothetical spiritual overlay, in which all souls come to earth to experience a life that was preplanned, meaning the time of death was arranged in advanced, doesn't that make all deaths suicide? If the placebo works, we get better by our beliefs, then, there is no illness that can take us, less we succumb? (Technically, if the soul is the primary life, then the expiration date of a body is no more a death than trading out the car we drive.) Can a soul change its mind and not die per contract?
