Well, Noah, sometimes it's difficult to say. There are folks that can sort that better than I. I tend to sort the psychological side. There are some folks that have impressed me that psychological explanations might not be sufficient to answer what ills people. In some ways, psychological programming, the subconscious programs and archetypes, often feel like and respond to spiritual language and symbols.

Not knowing what ails you, I would recommend exploring everything, medical, spiritual, psychological... Sometimes we need all three, and family and friend support on top of that! One thing for sure, none of us get out of this alive- and so are the entities that grieve us bringing us the gifts to improve our game, or this was the way out, so we could return home?
