There is a theme about time that can be found at many layers of human thought, from academic to fiction, and it transcends culture. Time has been considered linear and cyclic. Modern society has conjoined time with space, as we find it difficult to parcel out space and time as separate qualities. There is this story in UFO lore of technology that can see all of time. It sees the futures in parallel and choices collapse probabilities to favorable outcomes to those who hold the technology. One story proposes it was human invention, tapping into the magnetosphere where every event on earth is recorded. Other stories say it was tech left by aliens. But do we need tech at all to see the future or the past?

Mirrors have often been a part of the occult, allowing some people to see into the past, some the future, and some into other worlds and times. HG Well, the Time Machine, 1895, plays with times, too, going into the future to find the descendants of man, the Morlocks, the machine builders. I share this with you…
