Yeah, C.K., I think there is a multiplicity that really makes the way we evaluate people and systems here a little complicated. I, too, have wavered. Supporting Ukraine thing, I am super interested, and also baffled. I tend to prefer antiwar sentiments, and would like alternatives, and so in this one thing I find a multiplicity of feelings and thoughts are provoked. I liked that he helped. I like he has given from his heart and from his wealth. Given the war rhetoric from government leaders, I am baffled Musk isn't suddenly the best friend of the nation. He has helped the space industry. He has helped NASA, and he is trying to make war so difficult for Russia that it's costly. Costly wars is actually a deterrent I am willing to support.

Musk has autism. He will think and be a little odd. I understand this disorder to a degree, and so am more compassionate that relationships can be profoundly affected. I don't like the fact we call it a disorder, as opposed to just alternative ways of thinking- because sometimes autism results in brilliant insight to systems that allows for change.

I have heard, as you, that there are some vocal people who did not like working for him. How many employers are actually employee friendly? Musk has an extreme goal and vision for the world, which is just fanatical enough to get results. I suspect, given the push back from the space industry, had he not persevered against being told it can't be done, we wouldn't see what see. How many people would have walked away? He has definitely made a difference in batteries and electric cars, and has done it on his own with his own wealth, not tking grants, and Biden is offering money even now to get this tech going, and other car manufacturers are jumping up to take it- and yet, they're behind the curb, and no one is saying, let's look at Tesla's road map, how much they have invested, how far along they have brought us... It's almost like this money will go to people who will be starting from scratch? What is that?

people have work relationships, friend relationships, spouse relationships... and all relationships are profoundly by wealth. I can't imagine what that is like. Now imagine Sheldon, from the Big Bang theory, not just a physicist, but also 1 of 5 of the top wealthy men... Would the Big Bang Theory continue to be a comedy? LOL

I am glad you shared your thoughts. Aren't we people interesting?
