Yes. The through spectrography they can determine the composition of a star or planet... I am with this far. So, picture may be the wrong word, but the question is the same, right? We're still being dazzled by the variety of planetary configurations, and planetary evolution. How did they come up with the first and second atmospheres hypothesis? We've only started analyzing distant planet data, what, maybe 20 years ago? Is the first atmosphere an assumption? What is this piece I am missing, or failing to understand, that leads to the first atmosphere idea. But thank you for responding. I seriously want to know. :)
