You line up a lot of great points! So, is life so fragile that it requires all these 'coincidental' happenstance caveats, or is it much more hardy than we imagine, but our imagination is unusually limited to the paradigms we idealize, or, could it have been seeded?

Either way, we should assume special and appreciate it much better. :)
