You Really Want to Be Psychic?
The language of all spiritual paradigms starts in metaphors. The unconscious mind, the dreaming mind, communicates in metaphors. Being ‘awake’ is being confined to a particular consensus reality. Sufis travel by spinning in place, allowing their minds, or souls, to wander. Dream Walkers don’t talk about waking up. Their powers come from their ability to be in the dream. Being lucid is not waking up, it’s being aware.
You may feel inclined to stop me here. Maybe you’re already saying there is no evidence for ESP or any other psi phenomena. You would be wrong. There is evidence. For example, “Science and the taboo of psi” with Dean Radin, a video linked below- he refers to a study reported by the Boston Globe that stated an MRI study proves there is no such thing as psi. What the article failed to show was that four previous studies found evidence, which is why there was a 5th study. Also, in that Boston article, they found evidence! And they ruled it out as an artifact.
But don’t believe me. Listen to Dean Radin. He is, after all, a real scientist. Me, I am just a traveler on these shores, trying to remember how to dream.
