He 'speculated' that Kirkpatrick didn't technically lie, he said 'no evidence for extraterrestrials' and so if the Non-human entities are from earth... and I am thinking if the game being played that nuanced, that's some bullshit. It's still a lie because everyone knows what we're talking about.

I also wonder why Ramirez, Elizondo, and people we know that know are not being called to open hearings... Maybe because Congress does know and that's why they don't ask better questions, like when blocked by no evidence for extraterrestrial, 'Alright, are they coming from earth, our oceans, or solar system?'
